Vintage characteristic handmade 3 person bench designed by Jacob Kielland-Brandt (1923-2009) and manufactured by I. Christiansen, Denmark 1960s. Solid pine bench with clean lines and beautifully designed details, such as the visible leg connection. The bench still have the original seat cushion, this is only slightly dated in terms of upholstery. Kielland-Brandt won the Furniture Makers Guild Prize of Denmark in 1960. Beautiful bench together with the pine dining set from the same series.

The handmade round top with rounded edge is made of slate, natural stone, ceramic, bronze and copper inlaid in concrete, creating a mosaic work of art.
The very heavy table top rests on a black round steel base.

Paul Reiner Kingma was a Dutch sculptor, mosaic artist, painter and draftsman (1931-2013).
