Vintage wardrobe KU14, Japanese series, by Cees Braakman for Pastoe, 1958 Netherlands / Mid-century design kledingkast KU14 uit de beroemde Japanse serie, ontworpen door Cees Braakman voor UMS Pastoe, 1958. Een combinatie van berken fineer en teakhouten fineer kledingkast met 2 vouwdeuren. De kast staat op de karakteristieke slanke zwarte stripstalen poten. De vouwdeuren zijn voorzien van de originele spiegel en sokkenrek. In deze uitvoering een zeldzame kast uit de Japanse serie met nog steeds een modern uiterlijk. De kast is van de eerste eigenaar, gemerkt en volledig demontabel.

Conditie: goede tot zeer goede vintage conditie. Lichte gebruikssporen aan de binnenzijde. Het berkenfineer heeft nog een mooie glans. Lichte (gerepareerde) beschadiging aan de rechter bovenzijde.

Afmetingen: breed 150,5 cm, diep 55,5 cm, hoogte 173 cm.

Mid-century design wardrobe KU14 from the famous Japanese series, designed by Cees Braakman for UMS Pastoe, 1958. A combination of birch veneer and teak veneer wardrobe with 2 folding doors. The cabinet stands on the characteristic slim black strip steel legs. The folding doors are equipped with the original mirror and sock rack. In this version a rare case from the Japanese series with still a modern appearance. The cabinet is from the first owner, marked and can be completely disassembled.

Condition: good to very good vintage condition. Light signs of use on the inside. The birch veneer still has a nice shine. Slight (repaired) damage on the top right side.
