Set of four wingback dining chairs by G.J. van Os for van Os Culemborg, 1950s, Netherlands / set van 4 bijzonder vormgegeven eettafelstoelen ontworpen door G.J. van Os en geproduceerd door van Os Culemborg, 1950s. De stoelen hebben blank houten poten, waarbij de elegante achterpoten samen met de licht flexibele rugleuning het ontwerp van de stoel bepalen. De stoelen zijn bekleed met het originele gebroken witte skaileer. De stoelen zijn van de eerste eigenaar.
Conditie: redelijk tot goede vintage conditie. De poten zijn goed. Zeer lichte speling tussen poten en zitting. De flexibiliteit van de zittingen is goed. Het skaileer is oud en minder soepel. De vulling is matig. De stoelen zijn gereinigd, het skaileer is desondanks niet helemaal meer als nieuw.

The chairs have white wooden legs, where the elegant rear legs together with the slightly flexible backrest determine the design of the chair. The seats are upholstered with the original off-white leatherette. The chairs are from the first owner. Fair to good vintage condition. The legs are good. Very slight play between legs and seat. The flexibility of the seats is quite good. The synthetic leather is old and less flexible. The filling is mediocre. The seats have been cleaned, the skaile leather is nevertheless not completely new.
