Vintage lounge armchair designed by Dutch architect Hein Salomonson (1910-1994) and produced by AP Originals, 1968. The modernist armchair has a frame of chromed flat steel, black leather armrests, a wooden seat with black wool upholstery and thick loose cushions with black wool upholstery. The design of the heavy armchair was intended for the Dutch Bank at the time.
Condition: good to very good vintage condition. The armrests have light traces of use (scratches). The steel frame is neat, as is the original wool upholstery.

Vintage lounge fauteuil ontworpen door de Nederlandse architect Hein Salomonson (1910-1994) en geproduceerd door AP Originals, 1968. De modernistische fauteuil heeft een frame van verchroomd plat staal, zwart leren armleuningen, een houten zitting met zwarte wollen bekleding en dikke losse kussens met zwarte wollen bekleding. Het ontwerp van de zware fauteuil was destijds bestemd voor de Nederlandse Bank. Goede tot zeer goede vintage conditie. De armleuningen hebben lichte sporen van gebruik (krasjes). Het stalen frame is netjes, net als de originele wollen bekleding.
