Lounge armchair 601 “Meneer Oberman” designed by Jan des Bouvrie for Gelderland, 1970s-1980s Netherlands. The comfortable armchair has a frame of brushed steel tubes, a saddle leather seat, black leather cushions and leather armrests. Jan Antoon des Bouvrie (1942-2020) was a Dutch interior designer. The lounge armchair with fantastic seat is named after the founder of the Gelderland factory.
Condition: good vintage condition. The leather, cushions and leather seat are in a beautiful vintage condition. No damage to the leather and the cushions are still nice and firm. The leather armrests are in beautiful condition. The steel frame has traces of use in the form of scratches at the top of the backrest and light rust formation on the front.

De comfortabele fauteuil heeft een frame van geborsteld stalen buizen, een tuigleren zitting,volle zwart leren kussens en leren armleuningen. Jan Antoon des Bouvrie (1942-2020) was een Nederlands interieurontwerper. De lounge fauteuil met fantastische zit is vernoemd naar de oprichter van de Gelderland fabriek. Goede vintage conditie. Het leer, de kussens en de leren zitting zijn in een mooie vintage staat. Geen beschadigingen aan het leer en de kussens zijn nog lekker stevig. De leren armleuningen zijn in mooie staat. Het stalen frame heeft gebruikssporen in de vorm van krassen bij de bovenzijde rugleuning en lichte roestvorming aan de voorzijde.
