Nice set of 4 plywood dining chairs, 1970s / Mooie set van 4 stoere multiplex eettafelstoelen, 1970s. De stoelen hebben een frame van gebogen multiplex en een zitting met donker blauwe bekleding. De vormgeving heeft wat weg van de Bruno Rey stoelen, maar is minder subtiel.Conditie: goede vintage conditie. Twee stoelen zijn ooit aan de achterzijde verstevigd met schroeven. De schroefgaten zijn dichtgezet met houtvuller. Bekelding is netjes. Stoelen zijn stevig. The chairs have a frame of bent plywood and a seat with dark blue upholstery. The design resembles the Bruno Rey chairs, but is less subtle. Good vintage condition. Two seats were once reinforced at the back with screws. The screw holes are closed with wood filler. Filing is neat. Seats are sturdy. Signs of use on the woodwork in accordance with the age. Stylish coffee table from the 1960s, designed by Danish ceramicist Tue Poulsen (1939-) and manufactured by Haslev Møbelsnedkeri, Denmark
This majestic Brutalist-style table has a curved oak frame and stands on four beautifully shaped legs. The tabletop is inlaid with handmade ceramic tiles in a colorful, geometric pattern, resulting in a beautiful, organic aesthetic. Beautiful Danish craftsmanship, marked with a sticker and from first owner.
Tue Poulsen (1939–2026) was a prominent Danish ceramicist and designer, widely recognized for his brutalist stoneware and mid-century modern furniture. Over a career spanning more than 60 years, he blended organic textures with architectural forms, becoming a staple of Danish design history.
