Dining chairs SE15 by Pierre Mazairac & Karel Boonzaaijer for Pastoe, 1976 Netherlands / eettafelstoelen ontworpen door Pierre Mazairac & Karel Boonzaaijer voor Pastoe, 1976. Modernistische stoelen, model SE15, gemaakt van massief essenhout. De houten stoelen zijn bekleed met een gemeleerde roestbruine stof. Mooie zichtbare houtverbindingen. De stoelen hebben een mooi contrast in vormgeving, massief versus open, afhankelijk van welke kant je de stoelen bekijkt.

Conditie: goede vintage conditie. De stoelen hebben gebruikssporen zoals kleine krasjes en deukjes overeenkomstig de leeftijd. Bij 1 stoel zit een zichtbare beschadiging bij de overgang zitting/rugleuning. De bekleding is netjes. Bij een stoel is aan de onderzijde een schroef ingedraaid. Waarschijnlijk ten behoeve van de stevigheid. De stoelen zijn stevig/stabiel. 1 stoel heeft zeer lichte speling.

The wooden chairs are upholstered with a mixed rust brown fabric. Beautiful visible wood connections. The chairs have a nice contrast in design, solid versus open, depending on which side you look at the chairs. Good vintage condition. The chairs have signs of wear such as small scratches and dents corresponding to their age. 1 chair has visible damage at the transition seat/backrest. The upholstery is neat. A screw is screwed in at the bottom of a chair. Probably for the sake of sturdiness. The chairs are sturdy/stable. 1 chair has very light play. *Not all traces of use are mentioned textually.
