Industrial metal roomdivider / bookcase, 1960s Netherlands / Mooie strak vormgegeven industriele metalen boekenkast / roomdivider met witte legbladen waarvan er twee aan de achterzijde gesloten zijn en een zwart frame van draadstaal. De ontwerper is bij ons onbekend, fabrikant zou Pilastro, Tomado, Drentea of Pastoe kunnen zijn. Kast kan niet worden gedemonteerd.
Conditie: redelijk tot goede vintage conditie. Gebruikssporen op de legbladen (zie ook foto’s).
Afmetingen: b 93 cm, hoog 178 cm, diep 25 cm

Beautiful, sleek industrial metal bookcase / room divider with white shelves, two of which are closed at the back and a black frame made of wire steel. The designer is unknown to us, the manufacturer could be Pilastro, Tomado, Drentea or Pastoe. Cabinet cannot be disassembled.Fair to good vintage condition. Signs of wear on the shelves (see also photos).

🟡 woven like a basket
Timeless sideboard finished with Rio rosewood veneer, designed by visionary Leo Bub in the 1960s. German craftsmanship manufactured by BUB Wertmobel Germany. This mid-century sideboard has an enchanting appearance due to the unique finish of the door panels. The doors are crafted from strips of rosewood veneer woven in a basket weave pattern. The woven panels add a beautiful organic texture and a timeless, casual elegance to the piece. The interior finish of the sideboard, with beech veneer and green felt, creates a beautiful contrast with the dark exterior. A rare and beautiful sideboard with an eye for detail and carefully selected materials. The sideboard is marked with the original sales sticker.
Condition: good to very good vintage condition. The sideboard has a beautiful appearance with a small repair to the veneer on the edge of the upper right corner. Minor discoloration and signs of wear on the top.

Beautiful drawing of the wood on the backrests. Chairs in a crossover style with a modern design and a traditional use of materials. The design of the chairs has many similarities with the chairs that Martin Visser designed for ’t Spectrum in the 60s.

Unique wall cabinet produced by UMS Pastoe in the 1960s. This birchwood cabinet with compass legs has three dust-resistant drawers and a door. The designer may have been Cees Braakman, but we haven’t seen a cabinet like this before. It was either in production for a short time or perhaps a prototype. The cabinet is marked.
