Set of 6 eighties post modern vintage dining chairs, model Zeta by Martin Haksteen for Harvink, Netherlands 1980s / set van zes post moderne eettafelstoelen, model Zeta, ontworpen door Martin Haksteen en geproduceerd door Harvink, Nederland 1980. Driepoot stoel bestaande uit een zwaar metalen zwart frame voorzien van een beuken zitting en rugleuning. Dutch design klassieker in wording.
Conditie: zeer goede vintage conditie. Lichte gebruikssporen op houten zittingen.
Afmetingen: breed 45 cm, diep 52 cm, hoogte 75,5 cm, zithoogte 46 cm.

Special Dutch lounge armchair designed by John de Haard and produced by the Gebroeders Jonkers Noordwolde, 1960s. The unique armchair has a pine wooden frame with a canvas seat hanging in it. The “sling” armrests are made of the same brown canvas. The seat is held in place by metal pins in the woodwork and turning buttons on the underside. The “safari chair” was an important inspiration for the design of the lounge armchair. The armchair is included in the extensive chair collection of the TU Delft.
