Vintage extendable oak dining table, model 140 Øresund series, by the Danish designer Borge Mogensen for the Swedish company Karl Andersson & söner, 1960s / ronde eiken verlengbare eettafel, model 140 uit de Øresund serie, ontworpen door de Deen Børge Mogensen en geproduceerd door het Zweedse Karl Andersson en Soner, 1960. Mooie robuuste eiken tafel met opvallend messing detail bij de afneembare poten. De ronde tafel kan verlengd worden met twee inzetstukken tot een lengte van 216 cm. De Scandinavische tafel is van de eerste eigenaar en gemerkt met sticker.
Conditie: goede vintage conditie. Het blad heeft kleurverschil door een jarenlang gebruik van een tafelkleed (zie foto’s).
Mooie set samen met de Børge Mogensen – Frederica eiken eettafelstoelen (zie andere advertentie)
Afmetingen: diameter 130 cm, verlengbaar tot 173 en 216 cm, hoogte 72,5

Round oak extendable dining table, model 140 from the Øresund series, designed by the Dane Børge Mogensen and produced by the Swedish Karl Andersson and Söner, 1960. Beautiful robust oak table with striking brass detail at the removable legs. The round table can be extended with two inserts up to a length of 216 cm. The Scandinavian table is from the first owner and marked with a sticker. Good vintage condition. The top has a color difference due to years of use of a tablecloth (see photos). Nice set together with the Børge Mogensen – Frederica oak dining table chairs (see other advertisement)

Tue Poulsen (1939–2026) was a prominent Danish ceramicist and designer, widely recognized for his brutalist stoneware and mid-century modern furniture. Over a career spanning more than 60 years, he blended organic textures with architectural forms, becoming a staple of Danish design history.
